Discount Soap is the story of several fabulously wealthy people whose lives all revolve around a bargain basement store. It suffers through style changes on an almost daily basis. Well, if I actually posted on a daily basis.
So far we have:
Ashley Lovelace: A shopaholic debutante now in poor standing. Newly pregnant with someone’s child. Maybe it’s Trent’s… but maybe not!
Trent Remmington: A hero-about-town and local politician. Engaged to Ashley Lovelace and having an affair with Lucia DuBois.
Lucia DuBois: Owner of the DuBois Discount Palace, where all the action takes place. Also an avid drinker and general villain. Likes to make people miserable.
Drake DuBois: Lucia’s adopted half-brother and local rake. Lusts after Ashley and may be the father of her unborn child.
Kip Beaumont: Playboy millionaire cardiologist and local heartthrob. Best friend to Trent and hopelessly in love with Lucia, who is having an affair with Trent. Sometimes life is complicated.
Georg Pedersen is the guy who makes it, at a very slow pace. Hey, he is a busy guy.
